The Training Manager is responsible for the delivery of product, disease state, competitive landscape, internal policy, and order workflow training for all field, client services personnel, and others that are in the Commercial organization. They will partner with sales, marketing and client services to determine training needs and implement training solutions to address those needs. The sales, marketing, and client services team collectively seeks to maximize the number of appropriate patients tested while focusing on customers and minimizing costs to further increase global access to genetic testing.
