Avvy Mobile Phlebotomy (appointment required)
For Island of Montreal and Quebec City Patients:
Invitae has partnered with Avvy to offer rapid phlebotomy services for our Non Invasive Prenatal Screening (NIPS) on the Island of Montreal. Avvy is the first mobile platform to connect qualified healthcare providers with Canadians looking to access healthcare services from the comfort and safety of home.
How to make an appointment: Download the Avvy app. Upload the Invitae NIPS order form signed by your doctor. Book your appointment, and pay Avvy directly for the cost of the blood draw.
Blood Draw Fee: Avvy's fee for the blood draw is $109 CAD. Please note this is in addition to Invitae's fee for the NIPS test itself.
What to expect from your Avvy blood draw experience: A qualified Avvy technician will visit you at home, bring an Invitae NIPS kit, complete the blood draw, and ship your sample to Invitae.
Turn around: Same day blood draw, at your home.
