Web Program Manager


We are looking for an experienced program manager who will help identify priority needs, clarify scope, and drive programs to completion.  You will play an instrumental role in our program management organization (PMO) ensuring successful execution of our most important initiatives to drive our near-term goals and achieve our long-term mission.  Our ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with balancing a strong analytic skill set and equally excellent communication skills.  You will be comfortable in an operational environment, can manage multiple work streams effectively and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.  If you’re looking for a challenging role that tangibly contributes to making genetic testing an everyday part of healthcare, we want to hear from you!


  • Work with commercial, operations, and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Translate requirements into scope focusing on minimum viable product
  • Write clear user stories and work with our engineering teams to drive delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure program success
  • Identify meaningful analytics to understand project performance
  • Identify and prioritize relevant asks for our web engineering team


  • Experience in a project / program / product management capacity
  • Experience launching and operating software programs / applications
  • Successful history of delivering projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Some experience with process engineering
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g. scrum master, product owner)
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal + relationship skills
  • Good team player, but able to work effectively independently
